Supporting Local Food & Farmers
The RC&D provides many avenues for you to get involved in supporting local food and farmers in our area. First and foremost it is important to support local farmers whenever possible. In Florida, local farmers harvest most of their produce from November to May. You can find an amazing variety of items at your local farmers market or thru becoming a part of a CSA.
